SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

​

From when your order has been marked as dispatched In Ireland is typically takes up to 7 working days to arrive and for the UK and worldwide it can take up to 12 working days. Please add extra days during peek times of the year such as Christmas 

​

It is out of our control if your package goes missing once we have shipped the item if shipped with Standard shipping. We cannot refund or replace your item if you have shipped your order with standard shipping as we cannot trace the item unfortunately. We advice- to avoid packages going missing to register your shipping where you will receive a tracking number, then if your order does not arrive you can email us with the tracking number and we can bring this issue up with the post office and get the issue resolved. Please note again this is not possible with the standard shipping option.

 

The garment will be carefully packaged to prevent any damages along its journey to you.

Processing time for orders is between 3-5 working days.

Pre order items take up to 3 weeks before postage.

Customs/import tax charges.

We are an EU company located in and shipping from our studio in Ireland. We are not responsible for any customs or added tax charges these charges are at the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please estimate and calculate possible custom charges before purchasing and check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.


Return & Exchange Policy

 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. please  read in full before you use and make a purchase on our website. If you do not accept any of these terms please do not use our website. Your continued use of our website and your purchase confirms your acceptance of these term below.

  1. Your order is processed ​within 24hrs of purchasing which means that your garment has began being made so a cancellation is not possible after 24hrs.

  1.1 The return and exchange policy does not apply to face coverings custom orders, handmade items that have been made to your measurements ,underwear, swimwear or body suits. We have the right to refuse refunds for custom orders and made to measure orders as we cannot resell them and have been customized by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to provide us with their correct measurements as the garment will be made to those specific measurements provided. Please note before purchasing a made to measure item a refund or exchange cannot be given for this purchase. 

   

We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for face coverings or hygiene items as mentioned above. These items are not re sellable or returnable so we can refuse a refund or exchange.  Please note this before purchasing any of these items or after purchasing before emailing us.

  1. 1 This section only applies to non made to measure items or items that have not been customized-  If the standard size garment does not fit AF studio can exchange for a smaller or bigger size if the garment is in stock or refund the item if returned to us new with tags. The garment must be returned to us before AF sends out another one or refunds. If the garment is not in stock a refund will be given once the item has been sent back in perfect condition with tags. A refund will not be given if AF does not receive the item back. We advise to register shipping if returning an item back so you can keep track of its arrival to us as we are not responsible if the item gets lost on the way back to our studio and therefore we cannot refund or exchange the item if we do not receive it.  

  2. Please note- please handle clothes with care, we cannot issue refunds for items that have wear and tear, makeup, tan or have been machine washed or tumble dried when advised  to be  hand-washed only. 

  3.  The refund/exchange policy expires after 14 days from receiving the item.  The 14 days includes Saturdays to contact us by email as we monitor emails on Saturdays.  You must make contact before the 14 days is up to benefit from the return or exchange policy otherwise a refund or exchange cannot be given as you have accepted sending the payment to us and you receiving the item to keep after the 14 days.

  4. Sale items or sample items are not refundable or eligible for an exchange. For clarity: anything with a discounted price marked down from original RRP price.
